Divers (Frogger Remake)

A video game made for a Blueprinting final in conjunction with Heather Marra. The goal of the project was to take a pre-existing retro arcade game and recreate it un Unreal Engine 5 with a different theme. We decided on a top-down fixed screen game with a deep sea aesthetic. The mechanics and gameplay remain the same as the original, successfully navigate your character to the end goal without running out of lives. A requirment was to make it compatible with a game controller, so we decided to make Player 1 keyboard controlled and Player 2 game pad controlled. Below is a demo of how the game functions.

I am responsible for the enemy assets (red), filler coral assets, coin assets, main menu UI, player HUD layout, checkerboard background, material adjustments on scuba divers, and various Blueprints such as widgets and player HUD.
